Where we ship
We ship within Romania and internationally, including the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Delivery times
- United States: 2–4 weeks
- Romania: 2–5 business days
- Rest of world: 2–5 weeks depending on destination
Our products ship directly from our manufacturing partner. The times above are measured from dispatch, not from when you place the order. Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days.
We state this plainly because we'd rather you know before you buy: this is not a two-day delivery. If you need a product urgently, this isn't the right purchase.
Shipping costs

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can take up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, duties, and import charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These are set by the destination country's authorities and are the customer's responsibility unless collected explicitly at checkout.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, customs inspections, and peak periods can cause delays outside our control. If a package is significantly late, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
