Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to let us know you'd like to return a product.
Return conditions
- The product must be unused, or used only as much as necessary to inspect its nature, features, and function.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (remote, battery, charger, tie-down ropes, anti-theft cable, manual).
- Products damaged through misuse, modification, or improper installation aren't eligible for return.
How to start a return
Email nicktulip@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send complete return instructions within 2 business days. Please don't ship anything back before you've received our confirmation.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the product is defective, arrived damaged, or isn't what you ordered. In those cases we cover the full cost of the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. How quickly the money appears in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your package on delivery. If a product arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the product and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund the order in full — your choice.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
